Emailing Google Analytics Reports

Keep Those Who Need to Be Informed in the Loop

Web analytics are a crucial element to the success of online business. If you can’t analyze your data and adjust your site and marketing messages to improve it, your sales are likely to be stagnant.

That’s why it is quite useful when Google shares valuable tips for using its analytics platform, which has been widely adopted among businesses on the web. A recent tip this week discusses emailing reports.

"Usually reports are mailed out to marketing managers or directors to measure any change in progress from week-to-week,"explains Christina Park of the Google Analytics Team. "With Google Analytics, you can make the process completely automated — you can schedule your reports to be emailed daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly."

There is an "email" icon above all reports that lets you send reports in the following formats: PDF, CSV, XML, and TSV. You can always delete them from the schedule by going to the "email" icon on the left-hand side of the reports page:

Once you’re there, there is a trash icon that will let you delete scheduled reports.

If you are a small business owner, email reports are a good way for your employees who are tracking analytics to keep you informed. If you are the one doing the tracking, it is a great way to share your stats with others who need to know about them.

I don’t think I’m in the right place for this but I need help in erasing something that is on “Live Search Suzana Megles.” While I don’t mind my posts being circulated I DO RESENT THAT PREMARIN IS FALSING USING THIS SITE TO PROMOTE THEIR PRODUCTS WHICH I ABHOR. Can you help me get them off or tell me who is responsible for adding or subtracting at this live search site? Thanx.

Thank you for posting my comment re Premarin falsely using my live search to promote their cruel product – one which keeps mares tethered in one position for the length of their pregnancy.  This is cruelty plain and simple.  While your tips are geared to those in business, I hope to benefit even if only sending your response to the Google Analytics Team.  God bless.
