Google Representing Apps at Small Business Summit

Small Business Summit form Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday

Google may be hosting its developer conference I/O in San Francisco next week, but the company will also have a heavy presence at America’s Small Business Summit in Washington D.C. The event is being hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

"On Tuesday, May 18, Google is hosting a breakout session where we’ll continue the discussion we kicked off this week on the ChamberPost blog," says Shaluinn Fullove of the Google Apps Team. "We’ll also talk about the technology trends that are impacting today’s small business."

"Joining us will be a panel of Google Apps customers, including one Google Apps Authorized Reseller, who will share their experiences about how they’ve put the power of the web to work for their business," says Fullove.

Leaders from companies like Smart Furniture, Free Range Studios, Dito, and Revenue Spark will speak.

Google is also sponsoring the tech room at the event. The full agenda can be found here.

  1. The Summit was very good – I am pleased that Microsoft spared no expense yesterday for locals like us to be able to participate in the beginning of their four day event. My parting gift bag reminded me of my corporate days when vendors would lavish us with t-shirts and other mementos.
