Business Barometer Survey Shows Q2 Weakness

The results of the Capital One Small Business Barometer survey have been released, and they're not altogether positive. Between the first and second quarters of this year, some small business owners lost confidence in certain aspects of the economy and their companies.

It looks like we get to kick off National Small Business Week with some good news: Capital One has released the results of its Q1 2010 Small Business Barometer survey, and a significant majority of small business owners feel the economy has stopped deteriorating.
