Citibank Finds California Small Biz Owners Optimistic

People often used to point out that the state of California is as rich and productive an area as many countries.  That of course made it a pretty important factor in the health of the overall U.S. economy.  So now there's good news on multiple fronts, as a survey's found that most small business owners in California think this year will be better than last.
