Dell Earns Place In Late Payment Hall Of Shame

Most people and companies pay for products and services as soon as they use them. Or at least within a month when the bill shows up. A corporation with a market cap of over $25 billion is insisting that its suppliers wait longer, however, earning Dell a place in the Forum of Private Business's "Late Payment Hall of Shame."
2009 Winner Of Small Biz Excellence Award Announced

Getting to this point was a long process; we first talked about this year's Dell/NFIB Small Business Excellence Awards way back in February. However, for one business, the wait has proven worth it, as the overall U.S. winner has finally been announced. BusinesSuites, which provides executive suites and virtual office services, came out on top. The company's about 20 years old, has 15 locations, employees 55 people, and manages more than 1,400 clients. Which is an impressive collection of stats, all in all.

Small business owners in the UK are generally unsatisfied with television programming that is aimed at them, if the results from a recent survey by Dell are accurate. Back in the summer, Dell surveyed 755 small business owners in the UK, and found this to be true online and off. Dell's Chief Blogger writes:
