Anyone who's looking to both move and start a small business may be interested to know that TheStreet has highlighted the best and worst states for small business. Interestingly, some of the best states are ones associated with empty spaces and not a lot of people, too.At the top of the "good" list (which was actually put together by the Small Business & Entrepreneur Council) is South Dakota. Then Nevada got second place, followed by Texas, Wyoming, and Washington.
