Research Shows You Need to Be Advertising in the Mall

You may want to consider looking into getting your business advertised in your local mall. Some interesting research was released today from Scarborough Research and Arbitron finding that nine out of ten teen mall shoppers notice mall advertising. Nearly 95% of teen mall shoppers notice at least some kind of mall advertising according to the study (pdf). Here are some more findings:

When someone says that every day of their life is exactly the same, they're generally not bragging. Or, to look at another subject, some neighborhood builders go to great lengths to make sure buyers don't put identical styles of houses next to one another. So it shouldn't come as a surprise that many people find the generic nature of malls problematic.
