NFIB-Measured Optimism Dips Again

Sooner or later, what goes up will presumably in one sense stay up - the economy can't crash forever - but in the month of July, that wasn't quite the case. The National Federation of Independent Business Index of Small Business Optimism slid again.

Well, so much for the idea of the National Federation of Independent Business Index of Small Business Optimism topping 90.0 anytime soon. Although we got somewhat close in January, it dipped in February and again in March, reaching 86.8 for the more recent month.
