A (Useful?) Piece of Office Software

Laura Leites over at SmallBizTechnology.com has pointed out an interesting piece of software that allows you to write on Microsoft Office documents using your mouse, a tablet pc pen, or other point and click tools as if you were marking on them with a pen. The idea is that you could scratch notes on your digital file, just as you would a printed out document. I'll admit that this is a neat idea in concept, but I can't really see the need to use such a program.
