I think giving women more
I think giving women more empowerment is great for society. They bring new ideas to the workplace and really have great work ethic in my experience. Nobody should discount the effect they can have in the long run.
I agree with Josh and think
I agree with Josh and think that now that's it's 2011 we need to recognize women as equals. Grants like this put them on a more level playing field because we all know there are still sexist people in today's workplace.
