For a long time I didn't pay much attention to my stats but when I realized how valuable it is, now it's almost an addiction. Particularly reviewing the keywords people use to find my site.
When I looked at the keywords I realized there were words my site came up for that I wasn't happy with, in fact finding my site with those particular keywords was precisely why they were clicking off because my site wasn't really providing what they were looking for.
Yes. look at your site stats ...and keywords, it's a valuable tool.
