Hello! It is interesting
Hello!
It is interesting what you say about niches. Anyway, I think "we could feel" what niche we are in a pretty easy way. But what is more difficult is to find out if it is the kind of niche that is worth working in.
By the way, what about starting a brand new concept about Big and Tall stores? I am tall too, and let me tell you that I agree with you 100 %. Is it that those who run Big and Tall stores think we don't have the right to wear clothes we really like?

Niche expansion
Hi, I agree that niches can be expanded on. We stsrted a crossdressing and makeup service and realised that we can crossell clothes and shoes as well to our customers. This has made a big difference to our turnover. If you get it right, you can make a big difference to your sales.
