I live in China and I
I live in China and I confirm that you need to hand over business cards with two hands. Handing your business card with one hand to your Chinese partner wil display lack of understanding about Chinese business etiquette and will diminish your chances to land a deal.

International Business Cards
A key factor, if only as a sign of respect, is to have a card printed in both your own language (English or other ) and the main language in the country you will visit. This might mean one language on one side and the other language on the other side.
RE: International Business Cards
That is a really good idea, that now that you say it seems obvious, but may not even be thought of. I would add that one should make sure any translation is accurate before handing out the cards. Often times online translators can produce inaccurate results, so it would be a good idea to have a professional translator help you.

The translation is the key area especially if you have a brand name that may need transliteration
