So long as it's located in the UK, pretty much any company can enter The National Business Awards. The only catch is that companies will want to do it before the fast-approaching deadline at the end of July.
"Described by Gordon Brown as the 'Business Oscars,' The National Business Awards attracts entries from a wide variety of successful organisations; from FTSE 250's through to thriving entrepreneurial businesses," according to an official website.
With 17 categories in which companies can win, and nine other finalists being named within each section, businesses don't have bad odds of getting honored, either.
Unfortunately, honor and recognition seem to be about all they'll get out of The National Business Awards - a mention of entry fees and a value added tax (£170.00 and £199.75, respectively) is the only time money comes up - but this matter is something all companies will have to consider for themselves.
The judging schedule indicates that the decision process will last from late September through early October.
