It seems that entrepreneurs are starting their careers younger all the time.

As I mentioned a few months back, 30 young entrepreneurs were being recognized for their accomplishments in connection to the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship.

Look at Carl Ocab, who started teaching people how to make money online at the age of 13.

Just as Ocab's father helped him get started, parents can do a lot to help their kids find entrepreneurial success.

It begins with starting early, and includes using the Internet. I suggest reading the entire list and explanations, but I believe the Internet Use step to be a vital one.

Just as I have talked about recently, business owners should utilize this tool on a daily basis if only to spend time learning new strategies, trends, etc. to stay competitive in their field.

When most of us were younger, we didn't have this tool at our disposal, and the young get to grow up with it. Learning has never been so fun, easy, and accessible.

I'm not here to tell you how to raise your kids. I'm only about to have my first one. But with so much knowledge available at one's fingertips, it seems like an invaluable tool to help mold a young successful entrepreneur.

Combine that with your business knowledge as a parent, and the odds seem stacked in your child's favor.
