Google recently made some changes to improve how they calculate quality score for AdWords, and how quality scores are displayed in user accounts. You can learn more about that here, but Google has now provided a couple of videos to help educate users about "Ads Quality".

The first one is a general intro, and features an overview of quality score and answers to common questions.

The second one looks at more details about recent changes. You can find out more about stuff like how the change from inactive keywords to first page bids affects your campaigns.

"Ads Quality is important for you, our advertisers, as it directly affects your ads' position on the page and how much you pay for your ads," says Emel Mutlu on the Inside AdWords blog.

Google is pretty good about providing resources that help users get the most out of their products. Really, this is a good example of how more businesses should be utilizing online video to benefit their own products.
