Phone Calls - monitor / record at random.
Here's a real example of just one bad employee..
Companies can and should record, listen to all calls in and out of the business phone system, except for phone in employee break area. I say this as when I was working for the largest ISP a few years back just before 9-11 I was a supervisor / coach helping with the call center.
OMG it was shocking how many personal calls were made during the work shift while calls were in queue. In listening to one employee the language changed to something I could not understand so the recording captured it for translation but I could here this very well "VISA" and credit card numbers.
This individual was giving cc numbers and complete information to his spouce and using it to purchase items online. The FBI was called in and the arrest was made the following day while doing it live. Bad part is this person had been working there 6 months with over 500 outbound calls.
Each of the accounts they touched had to be investigated and it turned out that over 80 of them had reported cc fraud.
You can never be too secure.. great article!

I take it seriously...
As a web site owner of safety and security products, I take even data breaches seriously. Although I'm the only one that has access to my data, I still take precautions with it. Thanks, Chris.
