Small business owners who use Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics - along with small business owners who don't, but are interested - should make some time in their schedules.  Google's decided to promote a number of free online training sessions.

First up, according to a post on Google's Conversion Room blog, is a discussion of the Conversion Optimiser (we're going to honor the post's British spelling) on August 19th.  You should be able to "learn how you can get more conversions at a lower cost per conversion from your AdWords search and content campaigns," according to Evelyn O'Keeffe of the Google Analytics Team.

Next, there will be a chat about AdWords and returns on investment on September 9th.  Or more specifically, as O'Keeffe writes, "This webinar will show you how to better convert online clicks into profit for your business using AdWords Conversion Tracking and Google Analytics."

A session about conversions will then follow on September 16th.

Finally, one more recorded session about the Conversion Optimiser is available, and three concerning Google Analytics have been posted.

This may sound like an awful lot of stuff - emphasis on "awful," since webinars don't have a reputation for being fun - but in terms of learning how to use Google's different offerings, all of it will hopefully prove helpful.
