Still waiting to hire...
I'm not surprised to read that 41% plan on waiting at least 10 months before they start to hire new employees. Businesses have to be cautious - there is so much at stake, even today with slight improvements in the economy, with hiring. Small businesses are trying their best to stay alive and hiring may be the last straw on the camel's back.
The recession really is
The recession really is knocking out smaller businesses. It's great that the majority have confidence that they will get through, more needs to be done to incentivise companies to hire adn expand, teh economy will only grow if we get people back to work and improve the markets

Yes,it's a really sad topic and really not so happy to see that the situation is not changing at all.Noone begins to work and create a business not to become a complete failure.Hope for the better future!
