RE:
Already hammered with administrating several social networks
Being a Small Business though I'm already hammered with administrating several social networks and it's getting to the point of overwhelming. If this keeps up there will be no time for regular work .
I mean really, as an example see the "Related Stories" below . Soon, if not already all companies will have to have whole departments soley dedicated to this field.
And when does the end user say enough is enough with all this information overload coming from all sides?.

There is a lot of Tweeting going on about Buzz! More questions than anything, this is a good article to answer some of those questions.

Is this just Google Wave renamed? The way they've implemented it is genious. You egt the offer when you log into your gmail account. I suspect they'll have a lot of sign-ups just becuase of that one canny ploy.

It's not Email anymore.
I once knew a hairdresser who had three employees who were all related work within the same store. They basically decided that one day they would up and leave with all the clients. Just poached them in an instance.
I have also worked for fairly ruthless people who would target businesses clients bases rather than focus on finding clients who were "free".
I am not sure how Google Buzz is going to be good for small business. But if it involves sales teams revealing leads to potential rivals, or if it involves service staff gaining access to valuable contacts. Perhaps it should be re-thought.
Gmail is no longer Email. It is now a social network. I used to okay the use of gmail as a quasi-professional solution but now I hold that in reserve. Not sure if it can be trusted anymore.
I say small bsuiness should wait until they can spend advertising dollars inside the network. Otherswise it's just a waste of time and effort. Who knows. Maybe that will change. I am not going to be the pioneer on this one.
