Not Much Fluctuation
In the total scheme of things 87.4 vs. 86.1 is really not that much change and could be due to errors in the Index. I would hang on, only invest it what brings in more business such as advertising, but be wise where you allocate that money. My new client base is expanding slightly over this time last year, I don't know if that means they have more confidence in the economy or they just see the need to tap the Internet Market.
In short, you can lie with statistics or just skew things to look any way you choose, be mindful of what you read and just simply monitor your business a lot closer.
Not Cash Flow But
It's not cash flow for me but the fear of ObamaCare

What I also find encouraging is that 53% of owners said they will not have to raise funds to stay in business, while 32% said they will need extra money and 15% weren’t sure. And it’s a good thing that’s the case because the banks just are not letting loose of those purse strings just yet.
