Rasmussen Reports, on behalf of the Discover Small Business Watch, surveyed 750 small business owners, and an official Discover statement explained afterward, "75 percent of small business owners believe it is likely or highly likely that the economy will slip into another recession before it fully recovers, with 15 percent believing another recession is not very likely to happen and 10 percent feeling unsure."

Ok that is is the funniest newsletter/spam email I have seen in a while.
The first story is that a bank survey says that the Majority of Small Business owners are happy. So go ahead and start borrowing/spending. The next story in the newsletter is the one above, a Second Recession is coming.
That should take the wind out of the sails of all those happy people.

Agreed, funny juxtaposition between glass is half full with glass is half empty. We will choose to believe the glass is half full and that the economy is getting better. Who wants to believe otherwise? There's always opportunity out there.
